Why are lab grown diamonds cheaper than mined diamonds?
They are the same diamond, but growing one in a lab costs far less than mining one, and there is no rarity premium. You get a bigger or better diamond for the same budget, with a certificate to prove it.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds, chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds; only the origin differs. They are not American Diamond or CZ, which are different stones.
Do the diamonds come with a certificate?
Yes. Our lab grown diamonds are certified by SGL, graded VVS/VS clarity and EF colour, and IGI certification is available on request.
Is this real gold?
Yes. Every piece is solid, BIS-hallmarked gold, listed in 9K (375 purity: 37.5% pure gold). It is not gold-plated silver or brass, and the hallmark is stamped on the piece.
What is the difference between 9K, 14K and 18K gold?
The number is the share of pure gold: 9K is 37.5% (375), 10K 41.7% (417), 14K 58.5% (585) and 18K 75% (750). 9K is harder, so it scratches less in daily wear and costs less; 14K and 18K are richer in colour and priced higher. Our designs are listed in 9K, and 10K, 14K or 18K can be made on request.
Is Cash on Delivery available on gold?
No. Gold is sold on secure prepaid checkout by UPI, cards or net banking, with free insured shipping across India. COD is available only on eligible silver orders.
How do I care for a gold necklace?
Gold does not tarnish. Put perfume and lotion on before the necklace, take it off for swimming and the gym, and clean it with mild soapy water and a soft brush, then dry it well. Store it on its own in its box so diamonds don't scratch other jewellery.
Is the chain included?
Yes. Every gold pendant comes on its gold chain, 16 or 18 inches depending on the design; the exact length is on each product page.
