Start by sending us your idea on WhatsApp — a photo, a screenshot, a sketch on a napkin, a Pinterest link, or just a description in your own words. Tell us the category — ring, necklace, earrings, bracelet — and whether you're thinking silver, gold, lab grown diamond, or a specific natural gemstone. There's no wrong way to start. Step 2 — We Work It Out Together

Our designers go back and forth with you to understand exactly what you want — the stone, the metal, the setting style, the proportions, the budget. This isn't a form to fill. It's a real conversation until we're both clear on the vision.

Step 3 — You Approve the Sketch

We send you a hand-drawn sketch of your design. You review it, suggest changes, and we refine it until it looks exactly right. Nothing moves forward until you're happy.

Step 4 — CAD Design Sign-Off

Once the sketch is approved, our team creates a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering — a precise 3D visualisation of your piece showing every angle, proportion, and stone placement. You approve this before a single piece of metal is touched.

Step 5 — We Make Your Piece

Our in-house artisans get to work. The piece is cast, set, polished, and finished in our own manufacturing unit — the same hands that make everything else in the Ornate Jewels collection, whether it's silver, gold, or a lab-grown diamond setting. No outsourcing. No third parties.

Step 6 — We Share the Journey With You

As your piece is being made, we share updates and photos on WhatsApp so you can see it taking shape. Stone setting, polishing, finishing — you're part of the process the whole way through.

Step 7 — Quality Check & Dispatch

Before your piece ships, it goes through a final quality check — setting integrity, plating or gold finish, stone security. It then goes into our premium gift box with a handwritten card, and we share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp.

Your custom piece comes with the same BIS hallmark (for silver), Lifetime Warranty, and authenticity certificate (for natural gemstones and lab diamonds) as everything else we make.
