How It Works

Step 1 — Share Your Idea on WhatsApp

Start by sending us your idea on WhatsApp — a photo, a screenshot, a sketch on a napkin, a Pinterest link, or just a description in your own words. There's no wrong way to start. Our team responds within 1 business day.

Step 2 — We Work It Out Together

Our designers go back and forth with you to understand exactly what you want — the stone, the setting style, the metal finish, the size. This isn't a form to fill. It's a real conversation until we're both clear on the vision.

Step 3 — You Approve the Sketch

We send you a hand-drawn sketch of your ring design. You review it, suggest changes, and we refine it until it looks exactly right. Nothing moves forward until you're happy.

Step 4 — CAD Design Sign-Off

Once the sketch is approved, our team creates a detailed CAD (Computer-Aided Design) rendering — a precise 3D visualisation of your ring showing every angle, proportion, and stone placement. You approve this before a single piece of metal is touched.

Step 5 — We Make Your Ring

Our in-house artisans get to work. The ring is cast, set, polished, and finished in our own manufacturing unit — the same hands that make everything else in the Ornate Jewels collection. No outsourcing. No third parties.

Step 6 — We Share the Journey With You

As your ring is being made, we share updates and photos on WhatsApp so you can see it taking shape. Stone setting, polishing, finishing — you're part of the process the whole way through.

Step 7 — Quality Check & Dispatch

Before your ring ships, it goes through a final quality check — setting integrity, plating finish, stone security. It then goes into our premium gift box with a handwritten card, and we share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp.

Your custom ring comes with the same BIS hallmark, Lifetime Warranty, and authenticity certificate as every ring we make.

A: Custom rings typically take 10–15 working days from design confirmation to dispatch, depending on the complexity and stone sourcing. We give you a clear timeline once we understand your brief.

Q: Is a custom ring more expensive than your catalogue rings?
A: It depends on the design and stones. Simple custom designs are often very close in price to our catalogue. More complex pieces with multiple stones or rare gemstones are priced accordingly. We give you a full quote before any work begins — no surprises.

Q: Can I make changes after I've placed a custom order?
A: Changes can be made before manufacturing begins. Once we've confirmed the design and started work, changes may affect the timeline or cost. We recommend being as clear as possible upfront.

Q: Does a custom ring come with the same warranty?
