We offer a 7 days return policy on the unused/undamaged product with "tags intact" and goods in original box with invoice.

7 day money back policy

Once the product is returned under our 7 Day Money Back policy the refund will be credited to your original form of payment.

For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account .Please allow two weeks for the processing . For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

How to return the product to ornate jewels within 7 days?

  • Call our customer care team and you will be given a "Return Authorization Code", you need to provide details of the item you would like to return, along with your Order No.
  • We will courier you an Ornate Jewels tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, and your return address label.
  • Secure your jewelry in the box and invoice in the tamper proof package provided by Ornate Jewels . Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
  • Once your package is ready, just call our customer care team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  • Once your returned item is received by Ornate Jewels your refund or new item will be processed shortly.

Terms and conditions for returns

  • Products should not show signs of wear and should not have been resized and should have the tags intact and attached .
  • Return shipping and insurance charges will be borne by customer. Customers are advised to check the return/exchange policy for the product they purchase before confirming the transaction.
  • Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty. The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. No claim of non recipet will be entertained once you take the delivery.
  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Ornate jewels. All costs for re- shipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the customer shall be chargeable to the recipient.
  • Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
