Return, Cancellation Exchange Policies

We offer a 7 days return policy on the unused/undamaged product with "tags intact" and goods in original box that was sent.

Order Cancellation Policy 

In case you placed an order and no longer wish to buy. Please cancel your order within 24 hours it was placed. As we try and ship it as soon as we get it to ensure faster delivery.


7-day Money Back Return Policy

We offer 7days NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURNS. If you don't like the product feel free to return it within 7 days from the day you receive it.  We will charge a minor fee of RS 100 for the returns as we are offering free shipping to you Once the product is received by us refund will be credited to your original form of payment whatever that may be. 

For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed to your bank account.Please allow two weeks for the processing. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

How to return the product to ornate jewels within 7 days?

  • Just initiate the return from your account and we will take care of it.
  • Go to your account that you have created with us and just click on the Return Tab. 
  • We will get it picked from your address and get it shipped back to us.
  • Secure your jewelry in the box that was sent along with tags and invoice that was sent.
  • Once your package is ready, just call our customer care team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
  • Once your returned item is received by Ornate Jewels your refund or new item as an exchange will be processed shortly.

Terms and conditions of returns

  • Products should not show signs of wear and should not have been resized and should have the tags intact and attached.
  •  Customers are advised to check the return/exchange policy for the product they purchase before confirming the transaction.
  • Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty. The recipients receiving the delivery must open the package and check its contents prior to accepting the delivery or signing the delivery receipt. No claim of non-receipt will be entertained once you take the delivery.
  • If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the courier company shall try and deliver the item thrice before returning the same to Ornate jewels. All costs for reshipment and handling in the case of non-delivery to the customer shall be chargeable to the recipient.
  • Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistencies in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
