What Is AAA Grade American Diamond
CZ is graded A through AAAA, with AAA being the most widely used high-quality grade in fine jewellery. AAA grade CZ is cut with greater precision, has fewer surface defects, and gives a brighter, more consistent sparkle than lower-grade stones. All American diamond jewellery at Ornate Jewels uses AAA grade CZ.
Does American Diamond Lose Shine Over Time
It can, and this is worth understanding before you buy. CZ is more porous than diamond and can accumulate oils, soap residue, and microscopic scratches over time that dull the surface. Regular gentle cleaning keeps it bright. The rhodium plating on our silver also wears over time with heavy use and can be re-plated. The pieces that lose shine earliest are those worn in water, exposed to perfume directly, or cleaned with harsh chemicals.
